Walker Palmer brings more than 22 years of experience in the multifamily and commercial construction industry as a Director of Construction. In addition to earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida, Palmer also holds a LEED Accredited Professional certification.
Palmer has joined FaverGray to grow a new division focused on creating partnerships to develop lasting relationships with our clients, skilled trades, and design teams. His division’s primary focus will be market-rate multifamily developments.
As Division Leader, Palmer manages divisional operations, project development strategies, preconstruction services, customer relations, and oversight of all divisional staff to ensure that each project team meets or exceeds schedule, financial, and customer satisfaction objectives.
