The student housing units are comprised of four-bedroom townhome units stacked atop four-bedroom garden-style flats, all situated within five 4-story buildings. The project also contains a two-story maintenance building with a manager’s apartment. The buildings are situated on a 7-acre site which includes a 120,000 cubic foot underground storm detention vault, three DOT right-of-way improvements, and significant retaining walls.
