The University Club on Frey Phase I project is a 456-bed, 208,000 square foot student housing community in Kennesaw, Georgia.

The 6,500 square foot, two-story clubhouse includes a sales and leasing office, club room, gaming room, exercise facility with tanning beds, and resort-style swimming pool and spa.

The student housing units are comprised of four-bedroom townhome units stacked atop four-bedroom garden-style flats, all situated within five 4-story buildings. The project also contains a two-story maintenance building with a manager’s apartment. The buildings are situated on a 7-acre site which includes a 120,000 cubic foot underground storm detention vault, three DOT right-of-way improvements, and significant retaining walls.
