General Contractor: FaverGray was selected as the General Contractor during the site selection process and provided Preconstruction and Due Diligence services through the project completion.

The University Club on Woodward Phase I project is the first phase of a student housing community in Tallahassee, Florida.

The 448 bed, 220,634 square foot project is situated on an 8.3-acre site which includes a 60,000 cubic foot underground storm detention vault and significant community hardscaping.

The 7,300 square foot clubhouse includes a sales and leasing office, club room, gaming room, exercise facility with tanning beds, and resort-quality swimming pool and spa. The student housing units are comprised of four-bedroom three-story townhome units throughout, all situated within 6 three-story buildings. The project also contains a maintenance facility and mail kiosk. The project also included significant demolition and abatement of existing apartment buildings.
