Construction is Type III with a six-story precast concrete parking deck. The off-site improvements entail the removal of an existing water service and installation of a new, upgraded water utility service. The site improvements also include the construction of hardscaping, landscaping and irrigation, asphalt paving, and concrete sidewalks.

The development consists of two 5-story apartment buildings, one integral community center, one maintenance area and an exterior community pool. This 182-unit development consists of 5 two-bedroom/two-bathroom units and 177 four-bedroom/four-bathroom units. The total gross building area for the community is estimated at approximately 331,203 square feet. Construction is Type III wood frame with cementitious siding and brick veneer. The roofing consists of a TPO system. All building slabs are conventionally reinforced with deep grade beams and stem walls.
