The Villas at Babcock is a student housing community for the University of Texas at San Antonio.

The Villages at Babcock is a 792-bed, 330,000 square foot project that began in June 2009 with a turnover of the clubhouse and model units in January 2010, followed by a turnover of all units, six weeks ahead of schedule, in June 2010. The 7,500 square foot clubhouse includes a leasing office, attached model unit, club room, gaming room, exercise facility with tanning beds, and resort-style swimming pool and spa.

The student housing units consist mostly of three-story townhomes with four-bedroom and four and a half bathroom units. The buildings are situated on a 24-acre site bisected by a large ravine that separates the site into two groups of buildings. The buildings are connected by an automobile and pedestrian bridge, which incorporates extensive natural stone retaining walls.
