The Towers of Jacksonville project is an interior renovation of an existing 138,198 square foot senior living apartment building located in downtown Jacksonville, Florida.

This 12-story apartment building is made up of 194 units. The building has been completely remodeled and brought up to the current code throughout the 12 floors with new finishes throughout each unit.

Improvements include a new TPO roof system, along with new HVAC fire dampers as required, new chilled water piping, new electrical risers, panels, light fixtures, switchboard, and domestic water risers.
