The Stadium Village KSU Apartments project is a 312,947 square feet, 792-bed, 198-unit student housing community located on approximately 13-acre site in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Site improvements include modular block retaining walls, hardscaping, landscaping and irrigation, asphalt paving and concrete sidewalks.

The project consists of eleven 4-story apartment buildings, one 2-story community center, one 2-story fitness facility, a community pool and a 4-level parking garage. The unit mix includes 66 first-floor four-bedroom / four-bathroom flats and 132 four-bedroom / four-bathroom three-story townhomes over the flat units.

Construction is wood frame with cementitious siding and brick veneer. Roofing consists of architectural style asphalt shingles and all building slabs are post-tensioned concrete on grade with turned down foundations. Interior finishes consist of painted drywall ceilings and walls with a textured finish, and a mixture of carpet and faux wood flooring.
