The Reserve at Fountainview is a 144-unit, 175,311 square foot apartment project located on an 8-acre site in St. Charles, Missouri just outside of St. Louis.

The development consist of (9) two-story apartment buildings, (3) detached garages, (16) carport structures, (3) dumpster enclosures, a dog park, and a clubhouse with a fitness center, mailroom, conference room, clubroom with kitchen, pool, and barbeque area. The 144 units consist of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.

The apartments are wood-framed buildings with a combination of cementitious siding and manufactured stone with shingled roofs. The façade is accented with corbels, batten strips, columns, balconies and patios. All building slabs are post-tensioned concrete on grade. Interior finishes include textured painted walls and ceilings, a mixture of carpet and vinyl plank flooring, and cabinets with laminate tops.

Site improvements consist of demolition of existing site utilities and installation of new domestic water, fire, sewer, and storm drainage systems that tie-into existing public utilities.
