The Hacienda Club Apartments is a 300-unit, 496,200 square feet project located on a 15-acre site.

The site improvements consist of new domestic, fire, sewer, and storm drainage systems that tie-into existing public utilities.

This development includes ten, three-story apartment buildings with 4 carriage house buildings, 2 detached garages, a clubhouse with pool, tennis court, car care facility, maintenance building, mail kiosk, and trash compactor. The 300 units consist of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.

The apartments are wood framed buildings with an exterior stucco system with shingled roofs. The rest of the buildings are wood framed with an exterior stucco system with tile roofs. The façade is accented with cast stone, columns, and features balconies and patios. All building slabs will be post-tensioned concrete on grade with turned down foundations. Interior finishes are high quality with painted and textured drywall walls and ceilings with a mixture of carpet, vinyl plank, and ceramic tile flooring. There is also wood trim and cabinetry with high-definition laminate counter tops in the kitchen and bath areas, with crown molding throughout.
