Site improvements consist of water, storm and sewer utilities that tie into existing public utilities. The site improvements also include resort-style hardscaping, landscaping and irrigation, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks and a six-story parking garage. The development consists of 140 apartment units in ten 4-story apartment buildings, one 6-story parking garage including maintenance room, one clubhouse with fitness room and one trash compactor enclosure.

Construction is wood frame with cement siding and brick veneer. Roofing consists of architectural style asphalt shingles and TPO flat roof. All building slabs are post-tensioned concrete on grade. Interior finishes include painted drywalls and ceilings and walls with a textured finish, and a mixture of carpet and faux wood flooring. Wood cabinetry and trim with solid surface countertops are installed in all kitchen and bath areas.
