TEAM SPOTLIGHT: MORGAN FOSTER, ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT

Morgan Foster is an Assistant Superintendent and is currently working on the Park Place Tampa student housing project.

Tell us a little about yourself.

I pride myself on being 3 things a great father, a loyal husband, and a Michigan Wolverines fan!

What is your education/certification background?

I graduated from Clear Falls High School.

Tell us about some of your previous work experience.

I was a superintendent with BNO construction mainly doing 711 remodels and then before that I supervised the Vizio department of a warehouse.

Why did you join the FaverGray Team?

The best opportunity for me to grow and take on some great challenges.

What is your favorite part of your career?

Watching a project come to life.

In a few words, describe what you/your team does for FaverGray.

We are currently building Park Place Tampa, student housing for the University of South Florida.

What word do you think best describes our company culture?

Family-oriented

What advice would you give to someone interested in a career in construction?

Learn! Listen to every possible piece of advice you can.

My children

How do you define success?

Success isn’t defined by what you have, I believe it’s shown by how you carry yourself and what you leave behind for the next generation.

What do you do for fun/hobbies?

Anything that involves the kids and me! Also, love going to my family’s annual powwow.

Tell us something that might surprise us about you.

I grew up involved heavily in my family’s Native American roots. I was also surrounded by professional wrestling from my grandfather to my uncles.

Ann Arbor, Michigan

What is the next place on your travel bucket list?

Tokyo

Who are three people (living or deceased) that you’d like to host a dinner party with?

Tom Hardy, Joey Jordison, and Windham Rotunda

What is your motto or personal mantra?
