The community includes thirteen 2-story apartment buildings, a clubhouse building, a maintenance building, and 11 detached garages. Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, car wash area, pet playground, and units with attached garages.
The apartment buildings are constructed of structural wood framing. The exterior surfaces are composed of brick veneer and fiber cement lap siding. All buildings within the community are built upon post-tensioned concrete slabs on grade. Interior finishes include painted and textured finished drywall ceilings and walls with a mix of carpet, luxury vinyl tile, and ceramic tile flooring.
