The Springs at Lakeline project is a 328-unit luxury apartment community located on an approximately 22.5-acre site in Austin, Texas.

Site improvements will consist of water, storm and sewer utilities that will tie into existing public utilities. The site improvements will also include resort-style hardscaping, landscaping and irrigation, asphalt paving, and concrete sidewalks and a large retention pond.

The development consists of 328 apartment units in eight (8) two-story type A apartment building, seven (7) two-story type B apartment buildings, along with five (5) 12 car detached garages, four (4) 6 car detached garages, a maintenance building with car and pet care stations, one (1) clubhouse with fitness room and pool area and one (1) trash compactor enclosure.

Construction generally will be wood frame with cement siding and stone veneer. Roofing will consist of architectural style asphalt shingles and TPO flat roof (on the clubhouse terrace). All building slabs will be post-tensioned concrete, on grade. Interior finishes will consist of painted drywall walls and ceilings with a textured finish, and a mixture of carpet and faux wood flooring. Wood cabinetry and trim with solid surface countertops will be installed in all kitchen and p-lam countertops in all bath areas.
