FaverGray is proud to announce that construction has commenced on The Aston at Town Center project, a 278-unit luxury multifamily apartment community located at the Saint Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida.
The project owner is Eastwind Development Group and the project architect is Forum Architecture.
The Aston at Town Center project is a luxury apartment community located on approximately 4.6 acres.
The 502,681 SF community will consist of 1 6-story parking garage and a 5-story building with a unit mix of (124) 1-bedroom units, (23) Studio units, (105) 2-bedroom units, & (26) 3-bedroom units.
The project will also include 1 Building Garage, 1 Clubhouse, a Courtyard, dog park, and pool.
The development will consist of 278 apartment units in one 5-story Type III A apartment building and one 6-story garage building, one Clubhouse with fitness areas, a resort-style swimming pool, and two trash compactors rooms. The apartment building will also include 3 elevators. Construction will generally be wood frame with brick, fiber cement trim, stucco, and metal panel exterior façade. The building slabs will be post-tensioned concrete slab on grade, with 2 levels of post-tension concrete podium at the Clubhouse. Interior finishes will consist of painted drywall walls and ceilings with a textured finish, a mixture of carpet, luxury vinyl tile, and ceramic tile.
Wood cabinetry and trim with solid surface quartz countertops will be installed throughout the complex. Apartment units will include screened patios, washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, and shaker-style cabinets. The roofing will consist of single-ply TPO roofing membrane system (fully adhered) roofing. Site improvements will consist of water, storm, and sewer utilities that tie into existing public utilities. The site improvements will also include resort-style hardscaping, landscaping, irrigation, asphalt paving, and concrete sidewalks.
Completion is anticipated in the first quarter of 2024.
