The Parkside at East Village project is a 282-unit luxury apartment community located on approximately 20-acres in Lady Lake, Florida.

The development consists of 282 apartment units in three 3-story Type A apartment buildings, three 3-story Type B apartment buildings, eight 10-car detached garages, a maintenance building, a clubhouse with a fitness room and pool area, and a trash compactor enclosure. Each apartment building also includes one elevator.

Construction is generally wood frame with stone and fiber cement trim exterior facade. The roofing consists of architectural style shingles and standing seam metal roofing. All building slabs are post-tensioned concrete slab on grade. Interior finishes consist of painted drywall walls, ceilings with a textured finish, and a mixture of carpet, faux wood flooring, and ceramic tile.

Site improvements consist of water, storm, and sewer utilities that tie into existing public utilities. The site improvements also include resort-style hardscaping, landscaping, irrigation, asphalt paving, and concrete sidewalks, and a large lake with surrounding large Southern Oak Trees.
