FaverGray, an industry leader in building student housing communities, is proud to announce construction has commenced on the Park Place Tampa project located across the street from the University of South Florida.
The Park Place project is a 758-bed student housing community situated on a 4.5-acre at 3400 East Fletcher Avenue in Tampa, Florida.
This is FaverGray’s first project with Park7 Group, a student housing developer based in New York, and the 12th project with Humphreys & Partners Architects.
The development will consist of two 5-story apartment buildings, each containing 166,000 square feet and 205,000 square feet, and a 3,500-square-foot leasing office will accompany the first building.
Site improvements will consist of hardscaping, landscaping, irrigation, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, water, stormwater, and sewer utilities that will tie into existing public utilities.
Construction will generally be wood frame with fiber cement siding, metal panel, and stucco. Roofing will consist of 60-mil Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO). Interior finishes will consist of painted drywall walls, ceilings with a textured finish, and vinyl plank flooring.
FaverGray is on schedule to deliver the project in the summer of 2023.
