The Palmetto at Oakleaf Plantation Apartments is a 330-unit apartment project in Jacksonville, Florida.

The Palmetto at Oakleaf Plantation project is a 330-unit apartment community consisting of fourteen multi-story apartment buildings with nine detached garages, a clubhouse with pool, a mail kiosk, a maintenance building and a trash compactor. The site is approximately 24 acres and is located in Jacksonville, Florida.

The building exteriors include a combination of cementitious siding, brick veneer, high-pitched roofs, balconies/ patios, upgraded amenities and landscapes.
