LYNMOORE AT LAWNWOOD

Project Timeline: October 2010 – July 2011

Owner: Silver Capital

General Contractor: FaverGray

Architect: Architectural Concepts

The Lynmoore at Lawnwood project is a 27,010 square foot addition to an existing 44,916 square foot Assisted Living/Memory Care facility located on a 4.16-acre site in Fort Pierce, Florida.

The construction of the addition consisted of concrete block outside walls and interior wood framing. The project was built under the stringent codes of Dade County adopted by the local jurisdiction and designed to meet the demands of the 139-mph wind zone. The addition to the facility added 36 resident units split into assisted living and memory care sections. Each resident unit is fully complete with a dining room, living room, restroom and bedroom. The units include large common areas providing residents with game rooms and country kitchens with a comfortable, at-home style.

Vaulted ceilings and decorative interior soffits dress up the common areas with architectural features. FaverGray renovated the existing dining room and commercial kitchen to update the facility. Outside of the facility, beautifully landscaped courtyards give residents an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.
