Please join us in congratulating Kyle for his well-deserved promotion from Assistant Superintendent to Superintendent.
Kyle joined FaverGray in 2016 after a full-year internship under Adam Gray and graduating from the University of North Florida in April of 2016. Kyle began his full-time career at FaverGray with an immediate move to Lubbock, Texas where he committed to his field assignment as an Assistant Project Manager.
After two grueling years in the field with the student housing division in Lubbock and Columbia, Missouri, Kyle made a commitment to the field and has quickly excelled through hard work and an uncompromised desire to learn while taking on more and more responsibility.
Kyle has taken his eagerness to learn the craft and become an integral part of our flagship American Campus Communities project in Orlando. Kyle’s first assignment will be a leadership role at Flamingo Crossings dealing with owner turnover and completion.
Seeing Kyle convert to a career in the field as a homegrown FaverGray employee is an amazing accomplishment for him and an equally incredible testament to the culture you guys create at FaverGray!
