The Island Club project is a 244-unit garden-style apartment community located on a 12.3-acre site at 7101 Wilson Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida.

Site improvements consist of water and sewer utilities that tie into existing city utilities, on-site storm drainage/retention utilities, site hardscapes, gated access system, and a combination of wood and ornamental aluminum perimeter fencing.

The site also includes an entrance ramp and driveway to access the community and asphaltic parking. The development consists of nine three-story apartment buildings, one single-story community clubhouse, one single-story storage maintenance facility, two single-story mail kiosks, and one single-story compactor enclosure.

The total gross building area for the community is estimated at 251,856 square feet with an estimated conditioned area of 222,987 square feet.
