General Contractor: FaverGray was selected as the General Contractor during the site selection process and provided Preconstruction and Due Diligence services through the project completion.

The Hidden Lakes project is the second phase of a student housing community in Gainesville, Florida.

This 160-bed, 69,630 square foot student housing project consists of 40 units.

The site development consists of three multi-story apartment buildings with a new single-story maintenance building and a mail kiosk building next to an existing clubhouse that FaverGray remodeled.

Construction is wood frame with cementitious siding. Interior finishes consist of painted drywall, textured ceilings, and a mixture of carpet and faux wood flooring.

All kitchen and bath areas feature wood cabinetry and trim with solid surface countertops.
