HAVEN SOUTH

General Contractor: FaverGray was selected as the General Contractor during the site selection process and provided Preconstruction and Due Diligence services through the project completion.

Haven South is a luxury student housing project consisting of 250 apartment units.

This 442,468 square foot community is situated in close proximity to Baylor University on 20 acres in Waco, Texas.

This community includes 43 buildings consisting of four 4-story garden-style apartment buildings, 23 townhome-style apartment buildings, 12 cottage style, stand-alone apartment buildings, a fitness center and clubhouse.

Amenities include elegant courtyards with a swimming pool, outdoor lounge area, fitness center, cybercafé and study areas.

Apartment buildings are constructed of wood framing. The clubhouse consists of a mix of structural wood framing, structural steel and light gauge metal framing. The exterior surfaces are composed of brick, lap siding, stucco and storefront glass at the amenity areas.

All buildings within the community are built upon post-tensioned concrete slabs on grade. Interior finishes include painted drywall ceilings and walls with a textured finish, and a mix of carpet, luxury vinyl tile and ceramic tile flooring.
