FaverGray: Flamingo Crossings
The Flamingo Crossings Village community is located in Winter Garden, Florida just west of Orlando.
FaverGray broke ground on the east parcel of the Flamingo Crossings Village project in November of 2018. FaverGray originally built the community for American Campus Communities with project architect Niles Bolton Associates as student housing for the Disney College Program, which has been suspended.
Flamingo Crossings Village is currently leasing its apartment units to Disney Cast Members and Operating Participants. An ideal residence for Disney cast members and operators, Flamingo Crossings Village is only 13 minutes away from Disney’s Magic Kingdom.
FLAMINGO CROSSINGS VILLAGE COMMUNITY AMENITIES:
The community includes 20 four-story residential buildings in eight building types containing 1,323 units. The community also features an expansive, 27,000 SF Community Center, multipurpose lounges, and a 12,500 SF fitness center. Outdoor amenities include The Great Lawn courtyard space, basketball court, sand volleyball court, and resort-style pools with a beach entry and sun deck. Additional amenities include a recreation center with billiards, foosball, ping pong, and arcade games.
THE FLAMINGO CROSSINGS VILLAGE APARTMENT UNITS:
All apartments feature hardwood-style flooring, a complimentary furniture package, and USB outlets in every room. Kitchens are fully equipped with quartz-stone countertops, under-mount sinks, and stainless steel appliances. A full-sized stacked washer and dryer and a flat panel TV are included in each unit. Spacious two and four-bedroom apartment units are available with private bedrooms and bathrooms.
FaverGray is currently building the west parcel of the community with a 2023 completion date.
