As the year comes to a close, we reflect on all that 2021 has brought us. While we’re excited to head into 2022, we want to share some of FaverGray’s memorable moments and project milestones that we celebrated throughout the year.

MULTI-FAMILY PROJECTS IN PROGRESS:

Panama Flats

Owner: 360 Residential
Architect: Gary B. Coursey Architects
Project Timeline: December 2020 – Q4 2022

Panama Flats features 320 luxury apartment homes and amenities designed to deliver resort-style living in Panama City Beach, Florida. The Panama Flats project is located on a 21.7-acre site under a quarter-mile from the beach. Visit our project profile.

Indigo at Champions Ridge

Owner: Red Clay Development Partners
Architect: Forum Architecture
Project Timeline: July 2020 – Summer 2022

A 17.8-acre site that will bring 300 new units to the Polk County community in Davenport, Florida. Highlights include one clubhouse with a pool, gym, and leasing office, two five-bay garages, four six-bay garages, two outdoor pavilions, a dog washing station, and one maintenance building. Read our press release.

West Vue Apartments / MetroWest

Project Timeline: April 2019 – April 2021

The Villages at Lady Lake:

Owner: Easlan Capital of Atlanta
Architect: Wakefield Beasley & Associates
Project Timeline: August 2019 – January 2021

The Parkside at East Village project is a 282-unit luxury apartment community located on an approximately 20-acre site in Lady Lake, Florida. Read our project profile.

STUDENT HOUSING PROJECTS IN PROGRESS:

Seminary Lane

Owner: Peak Campus
Architect: Dwell Design Studio
Project Timeline: August 2021 – May 2023

The Seminary Lane project is an 862-bed student housing community situated on approximately six acres in Gainesville, Florida. The community is located in the 5th Avenue/Pleasant Avenue District.

The development will consist of 432,704 square feet of four new apartment buildings, varying from three to five stories, and two parking garages.

Park Place Tampa

Owner: Park7 Group
Architect: Humphreys & Partners Architects
Project Timeline: April 2021 – May 2023

FaverGray’s project in Tampa, FL is curated and developed for University of South Florida students. The Park Place Tampa community will feature amenities like a resort-style pool and spa, a fitness center with hot yoga, and more to stand out in the market. At 758 beds, the community will deliver the best experience possible for USF student residents.

Flamingo Crossings Village

Owner: American Campus Communities
Architect: Niles Bolton Architects
Project Timeline: April 2019 – May 2023

The Flamingo Crossings project is located on two parcels of land situated East and West of Flamingo Crossings Boulevard near Orlando, Florida. The student housing project consists of 3.83 million square feet across approximately 120-acres of land. Read our project profile.

The Nine at Columbia

Owner: 908 Group
Architect: Humphreys and Partners Architects
Project Timeline: October 2019 – July 2021

The Nine at Columbia has delivered 126 new units and 486 new beds to the Columbia community near the University of South Carolina. Read our project profile.
