FaverGray Named Top Contractor by Jacksonville Business Journal

Jacksonville, Florida: Jacksonville Business Journal named FaverGray #5 on their annual Top General Contractors List. The list recognizes the area’s top general contractors based on 2020 revenue.

FaverGray provides innovative multi-family, student housing, and senior living experience, having built more than 100 projects in 15 states and 61 cities throughout the Southeast and other areas of the United States.

Since its founding in 2005 by construction industry leaders Jim Gray and Keith Faver, FaverGray has evolved into a national general contracting company. Our company has a well-earned reputation for providing pre-construction services, permitting, financial oversight, and general contracting services that create significant value for our clients.

We’ve been partnering with clients to deliver successful projects as a general contractor for more than 16 years. We pride ourselves on having an in-house, seasoned team to provide tailored services for our clients. As construction managers and project managers, FaverGray promotes a “team first” mentality with all members of the construction team: owner, architect, engineers, subcontractors and regulatory agencies. This spirit of cooperation is fostered during preconstruction and continued well beyond project completion.

Our Mission:

FaverGray’s mission is to deliver success by offering creative solutions, providing a fully integrated team from concept to completion, and exceeding client expectations.

Our Vision:

When we started FaverGray, we had the vision to build better than ever before. Since day one, we have been committed to serving our clients and building a legacy as the leading general contractor in our core markets.

We are proud to say that 90% of our volume is with repeat clients. That only goes to show that we develop and maintain strong relationships with our various architect teams, engineers, and subcontractors across the board.
