FaverGray is proud to announce the delivery of Parkside at East Village with its partners Easlan Capital of Atlanta and NELSON Worldwide.
The Parkside at East Village project is a 282-unit luxury apartment community located on approximately 20 acres in Lady Lake, Florida.
The development consists of 282 apartment units in three 3-story Type A apartment buildings, three 3-story Type B apartment buildings, eight 10-car detached garages, one maintenance building, a clubhouse with a fitness room, a resort-style swimming pool, and a trash compactor enclosure. Each apartment building also includes one elevator.
Construction is generally wood frame with stone and fiber cement trim exterior facade. The roofing consists of architectural style shingles and standing seam metal roofing. All building slabs are post-tensioned concrete slab on grade. Interior finishes consist of painted drywall walls, ceilings with a textured finish, and a mixture of carpet, faux wood flooring, and ceramic tile.
Wood cabinetry and trim with solid surface granite countertops are installed throughout the complex to finish off the traditional southern theme aesthetic. The one, two, and three-bedroom apartments all include screened patios, washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, and shaker-style cabinets.
Site improvements consist of water, storm, and sewer utilities that tie into existing public utilities. The site improvements also include resort-style hardscaping, landscaping, irrigation, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, and large Southern Oak Trees.
The Parkside at East Village apartments for rent are not only near The Villages, FL, but they are also mere minutes away from the best local attractions. These include shopping malls like La Plaza Grande West or Spanish Springs Town Square and golf courses such as Stonecrest.
