FaverGray Completes Construction of Flamingo Crossings Phase One and Two

FaverGray, an industry leader in building student housing communities, has successfully completed phase one and two of its premier project, Flamingo Crossings, one month ahead of schedule despite additional COVID-19 precautions.

The east parcel of the development consists of 20 four-story residential buildings, a 25,000 square foot education building and a 27,000 square foot community center.

Located east of Flamingo Crossings Boulevard on approximately 120-acres of land, the future 5,284-bed community is scheduled to complete in August 2021.

The 1,963,409 gross square foot development consists of eight building types containing 1,323 units with three exterior/roof design concepts that are to provide variety and interest in distinct residential neighborhoods.

Additional phase one and two amenities include an event lawn, center pavilion and pool. Other structures include 2,610 surface parking spaces, a 3,000 square foot maintenance and several service buildings.

FaverGray has also commenced construction on the west parcel, consisting of 21 four-story residential buildings and 27,000 square foot community center.

FaverGray began construction in November 2018 is scheduled to complete all 10 phases in May of 2023.

FaverGray is building the community for American Campus Communities with project architect Niles Bolton Associates to bring this exciting student housing development to Orlando.
