Since its founding in 2005, FaverGray has built more than 100 projects in 15 states and 61 cities throughout the United States. FaverGray’s project portfolio ranges from multi-family, student housing, senior living, hospitality, healthcare, and various commercial construction projects. Throughout the last several years, FaverGray has concentrated its focus on multi-family, student housing, and seniors housing divisions.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
FaverGray has been recognized by the Jacksonville Business Journal as a Top Philanthropic company for the last several years. Last year, co-founders Gray and Faver were awarded by the Ponte Vedra Rotary Club as Local Heroes for their dedication to the community.
Two of the most notable charities they support are Patrons of the Hearts and Hope Town Rising. Other charities they support include Angelwood, Florida Board Riders Club, ACC Charity Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Apryle Showers, and the ALS Florida Chapter.
“Patrons of the Hearts is a charity that holds a special place our in hearts,” says James Gray. The Patrons of the Hearts Foundation brings children from developing countries, who are suffering from complex congenital heart problems to Wolfson Children’s Hospital for medical treatment. “Hope Town Rising is an organization we launched in 2019 after Hurricane Dorian hit the Bahamas and left behind a path of destruction,” says Keith Faver. Dorian made landfall on Hope Town, Elbow Cay as a Category 5 hurricane, ushering in a 20-foot storm surge and packing winds in excess of 200 mph, making it the most devastating natural disaster the island has ever experienced.
