Construction Begins on FaverGray’s Next Florida Project
FaverGray is announcing the construction of Villas at Suncrest, a luxury multifamily community for developer Time Equities, Inc. Located at the intersection of Front Beach Road and Laurie Avenue in Panama City Beach, the 108-unit community will be available to residents in early 2024. The project is an expansion of the existing Villas at Suncrest property featuring condominiums and townhomes.
The Villas at Suncrest project sits on a 6.75-acre site and will include five 3-story apartment buildings. Rental units will feature stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and upgraded cabinetry and trim.
Generous community amenities will include a warm, spacious renovation of an existing coworking center. The new clubhouse will feature a resort-style pool surrounded by pergolas, gas fire pits, and an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Additional site amenities will include a dog park, putting green, playground, and mail kiosk.
The site improvements will consist of water, storm, and sewer utilities that will tie into existing public utilities. The site improvements will also include resort-style hardscaping, landscaping, irrigation, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, and ponds.
The construction will consist of wood frame with precast stairs and elevator shafts. The exterior will be finished in fiber cement siding and include architectural-style asphalt shingles. All building slabs will be post-tensioned concrete, on grade.

Tallahassee-based Conn Architects is serving as the architect for Villas at Suncrest, Buchanan & Harper, Inc. is providing civil engineering services, and Applied Research and Design, Inc. is providing MEP services. Landscape services will be provided by Alan D. Holt.
