FAVERGRAY BREAKS GROUND ON THE JACK ON BEACH: 295-UNIT MULTIFAMILY COMMUNITY IN JACKSONVILLE

Jacksonville, Fla. (Sept. 14, 2022) – The Jack on Beach, FaverGray’s multifamily project for Chance Partners is officially under development in the St. Nicholas neighborhood of Jacksonville. 

The Jack on Beach project will sit on a 10.06-acre site located at 3428 Beach Boulevard between Schumacher Avenue and Lamee Avenue. The market-rate residential community is scheduled for delivery in early 2024.

The 295-unit development will consist of three 4-story apartment buildings and a 2-story carriage house building with two townhome units and six garages.

The development will also include 13,043 square feet of leasing office and amenity space complete with clubrooms, coworking spaces, a lounge, a game room, and a 1,620 square foot fitness and yoga center. 

Outdoor living spaces will offer a resort-style pool surrounded by two pergolas, a gas fire pit, and two outdoor kitchen areas with gas grills. The residential multifamily community will also have a bike pavilion, dog park, and scenic walk around its three ponds.

All the units will include luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, a full-size washer and dryer, quartz kitchen countertops, and granite bathroom vanities.

Atlanta-based Dynamik Design Partners is serving as the architect and Kimley-Horn is providing civil engineering services. The lender is Synovus Bank. Landscape services will be provided by Jacksonville-based Pittman Landscape Architecture.
