FaverGray, an industry leader in building student housing communities, is proud to announce construction has commenced on the Seminary Lane project located near the University of Florida.

The Seminary Lane project is an 862-bed student housing community situated on approximately six acres in Gainesville, Florida. The community is located in the 5th Avenue/Pleasant Avenue District.

This is FaverGray’s first project with Peak Campus Communities, a fully integrated student housing real estate company providing best-in-class property management, development, and consulting services. It’s also FaverGray’s initial project with Dwell Design Studio. 

The development will consist of 432,704 square feet of four new apartment buildings, varying from three to five stories, and two parking garages. 

Rooftop amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, Jumbotron, and courtyard spaces.

FaverGray is on schedule to deliver the first phase of the project in the summer of 2023.
