FaverGray Breaks Ground in Columbia, South Carolina

FaverGray, a premier general contractor in both student and multifamily housing markets, is proud to announce construction has started at The Nine at Columbia that will bring 126 new units and 486 new beds to the Columbia community near the University of South Carolina.

The project is being developed in collaboration with 908 Group and Scannell Properties. 908 Group is a Tampa-based boutique real estate development services firm specializing in urban infill, multifamily and mixed-use projects. Scannell Properties is an Indianapolis-based industrial and multifamily development company.  The project is being designed by Humphreys and Partners Architects, the nation’s largest multifamily architect also specializing in mixed-use and hospitality/resort design, with extensive experience in high-rise, mid-rise and student housing.

The 126-unit community consists of a five-story building next to the parking garage and six 2-story townhome buildings. The development has been designed to enhance a luxurious experience with upscale amenities for students in the Columbia community.
