FaverGray Announces 329-Unit Multifamily Development in Ocala, Florida

The Grove at Ocala project is a 329-unit apartment project located off SW 49th Road in Ocala, Florida.

This is FaverGray’s fourth project with the developer Easlan Capital of Atlanta. The team delivered their most recent project, Parkside at East Village, in January of 2021.

This is FaverGray’s second project with the project architect, Nelson Worldwide, based out of Minneapolis.

The 448,645 square foot community will consist of seven buildings with a unit mix of (112) 1-bedroom units, (196) 2-bedroom units, & (21) 3-bedroom units.

The project will also include 8 detached garages, a clubhouse, 2 pickleball courts, 2 bocce ball courts, a mail kiosk, a trash compactor, and a pool.

Completion is anticipated in the first quarter of 2024.
