General Contractor: FaverGray was selected as the General Contractor during the site selection process and provided Preconstruction and Due Diligence services through the project completion.

The Estates at Sorority Row is a 28-unit, 49,000 square foot luxury apartment community in Gainesville, Florida.

The community includes an on-site parking structure and amenities on a half-acre site on the corner of S.W. 8th Avenue and S.W. 11th Street. The apartments serve female college students in the surrounding area.

Features include gourmet kitchens with custom wood cabinetry and granite countertops, elevated ceilings, large master bedrooms with private bathrooms, oversized closets, picture shelves, art niches, built-in bookcases, built-in wine racks, upgraded appliances, courtyard views and an on-site parking garage.

The building exteriors include a combination of cementitious siding, stucco, cultured stone veneers, high pitched roofs, bay windows, upscale landscapes and hardscapes.
