The Carrington Place at Trinity project is a 120-bed nursing facility located on approximately 3 acres in Trinity, Florida.
The 56,000 square foot facility is constructed of steel and masonry on a 4” concrete slab and foundation. The second floor is a concrete deck on corrugated metal and the roof is a TPO single-ply membrane and standing seam metal panel system.
As an AHCA facility, the structure meets the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone standard.
