Cardinal Village (formerly knowns as Fredericksburg Memory Care) is a 34,073 square foot living facility for memory care patients located on a 2-acre site in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

 The community consists of 40 suites and 56 rooms and 60 assisted living beds.

The building consists of one-story wood frame construction on a conventional slab on grade. The facility includes large common areas with a fireplace and landscaped outdoor courtyards.
