The Brant Creek project is a 196-unit affordable multifamily housing community located on an approximately 17-acre site in St. Marys, Georgia.

Site improvements consist of water and sewer utilities that tie into existing public utilities, and on-site storm drainage/retention utilities featuring two ponds. The site improvements also include hardscaping, landscaping, irrigation, asphalt paving and concrete sidewalks. All parking and drive areas are asphaltic concrete.

The development consists of seven three-story apartment buildings containing 28 living units each, six single-story private garage buildings containing 8 private garages per building, two single-story storage buildings containing 28 private storage units per building, one single-story maintenance building, and a single-story clubhouse/leasing office featuring on-site laundry facilities, exercise facilities, and a community pool.

A total of 196 apartment units were constructed, consisting of 56 one-bedroom / one-bath units, 128 two-bedroom / two-bath units, and 12 three-bedroom / two-bath units. All units have attached patios/balconies. The total gross building area for the community is estimated at 226,425 square feet. Construction is generally wood frame with cementitious siding. The roofing consists of architectural style asphalt shingles. All building slabs are post-tensioned concrete, on grade, with turned down foundations. Interior finishes consist of painted drywall walls and ceilings with a textured finish, and a mixture of carpet and faux wood flooring. Wood cabinetry and trim with a combination of granite and laminate countertops are installed in all kitchen and bath areas.
