Jay Hill has been an Assistant Project Manager with FaverGray for more than three years.
He recently completed the West Vue Apartments project, our 442-unit resort-style development for the MetroWest master-planned community, which hasn’t seen new multi-family development in more than 10 years.
Jay is currently the Assistant Project Manager on our Seminary Lane student housing project in Gainesville, Florida.

I like to work out, shoot guns and make music on my computer.
Tell us something that might surprise us about you:
I served in the Army for four years and spent 10 months on a combat deployment to Afghanistan attached to 3rd Group Special Forces/Green Berets.
Where is the best place you have traveled to?
Japan.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
What is your proudest moment at FaverGray?
Getting to learn from my great superintendents and getting to see our project Parkside at East Villages come together.
What is your personal motto or mantra?
The only easy day was yesterday.
