The Union on Fletcher project is a student housing community located across the street from the University of South Florida.

FaverGray, a premier student housing general contractor, has collaborated on this project with Forum Architecture and Greystar to create a luxury living experience for student residents.

Union on Fletcher offers new studio, one, two, three, and four-bedroom fully furnished apartments. The 4.7-acre community consists of 217 units and 640 beds in a 5-story apartment building. The exterior cladding consists of a combination of stucco, brick veneer, and cement siding.

The development includes a community center, two courtyards, and one precast parking garage.

AMENITIES

The amenities surpass other communities in the area. For example, some of the luxury amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, dog run and washing station, and coffee bar. In addition, exterior amenities include an outdoor patio, fire pit with outdoor seating, and grilling station. Interior amenities feature study rooms, a fitness center, and a package room with smart technology.
