FAVERGRAY’S 2020 YEAR IN REVIEW

As the year comes to a close, we reflect on all that 2020 has brought us. NEW MULTI-FAMILY PROJECTS:

Panama Flats

Indigo at Champions Ridge

Owner: Red Clay Development Partners
Architect: Forum Architecture
Project Timeline: July 2020 – Summer 2022

A 17.8-acre site that will bring 300 new units to the Polk County community in Davenport, Florida. Highlights include one clubhouse with a pool, gym, and leasing office, two five-bay garages, four six-bay garages, two outdoor pavilions, a dog washing station, and one maintenance building. The Nine at Columbia

Owner: 908 Group
Architect: Humphreys and Partners Architects
Project Timeline: October 2019 – July 2021

The Nine at Columbia will bring 126 new units and 486 new beds to the Columbia community near the University of South Carolina. Read our project profile.

Flamingo Crossings

Owner: American Campus Communities

Project Timeline: April 2019 – May 2023

The Flamingo Crossings project is located on two parcels of land situated East and West of Flamingo Crossings Boulevard near Orlando, Florida. The student housing project consists of 3.83 million square feet across approximately 120-acres of land. Read our project profile.

Ariza Forest View: Multi-Family

Project Timeline: February 2019 – August 2020

Ariza Forest View, also referred to as Forest View Village, is a 283-unit luxury apartment community located on approximately 13.1 acres in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Estero Parc, formerly known as Parkside at Estero, is a 246,624 square foot, 198-unit multi-family community in Estero, Florida. FaverGray is proud to bring this project to Estero along with its partners ECI and Humphreys and Partners Architects. Union on Fletcher: Student Housing

Project Timeline: September 2018 – August 2020

The Union on Fletcher project is a student housing community conveniently located across the street from the University of South Florida. The 4.7-acre community consists of 217 units with 640 bedrooms and bathrooms in one 5-story apartment building. Read our press release.
