The Ariza Forest View project is a 283-unit luxury apartment community located on approximately 13.1 acres at 6861 US Highway 98 East in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

The Forest View Village project is a 283-unit luxury apartment community located on approximately 13.1 acres at 6861 US Highway 98 East in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The development consists of 283 apartment units in six 3-story apartment buildings and three 4-story apartment buildings, along with two 3-car detached garages, three 4-car detached garages, a 6-car garage, and a 5-car garage with a covered carwash and pet wash.
The development also includes one clubhouse with a fitness room, pool area, and one trash compactor enclosure. Amenities include a 4,800 square foot sports lawn area, 12,400 square foot dog park, three grill houses with two 36” natural gas BBQ grills each, and two playgrounds. There are also 30 private dog yards attached to apartment buildings. Site improvements consist of water, storm and sewer utilities that tie into existing public utilities. The site improvements also include resort-style hardscaping, landscaping and irrigation, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks and three detention ponds with five fountains. Construction is generally wood frame with fiber cement siding.
The roofing consists of architectural style asphalt shingles and TPO flat roof (on Building Type V), with metal over the amenity and apartment building entries. All building slabs are post-tensioned concrete, on grade. Interior finishes consist of painted drywall ceilings and walls with a textured finish, and a mixture of Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring and carpeting in units. Thermofoil cabinetry and trim with granite countertops are installed in all kitchen and bath areas. All units have stainless steel appliances with a full-size washer and dryer.

The Estero Parc project is a 198-unit luxury multifamily apartment community located on an approximately 20-acre site at 3011 Terracap Way in the Villages of Estero Florida.

Estero Parc, also referred to as Parkside at Estero, is a 246,624 square foot, 198-unit multi-family community in Estero, Florida.
FaverGray is proud to bring this project to Estero along with its partners ECI and Humphreys and Partners Architects. FaverGray is a premier multi-family general contractor and has collaborated on this project with its partners to create a true resort-inspired experience for the Estero community.
The facility consists of four 3-story buildings, detached garages, and a 5,000 square foot clubhouse.
The studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments feature grey wood-style flooring, monochrome paint scheme, and screened-in patios/balconies opening to a beautiful green space and lakeside views.
The kitchens include efficient stainless-steel appliances, islands, and granite countertops.
Amenities also include a swimming pool, luxurious clubhouse, fitness center, and lawn games. Package receiving and storage services are also available.
