FaverGray Team Spotlight: Kameron Shannon

Kameron Shannon is an Assistant Superintendent with FaverGray. Most recently, he was a part of the field team on our multi-family project, Ariza Forest View, in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Kameron is currently working on our newest project, Panama Flats, in Panama City Beach, Florida.

How many years have you been with FaverGray?
3 years in April 2021

Describe your role at FaverGray.
My role is to maintain a high-quality standard of Safety and Quality as well as collect information and statuses in the field while collaborating with the subcontractors.

What word do you think best describes our company culture?
Family. We are all here to be successful, if you get stuck there is always a hand to help pull you out.

What do you do for fun / hobbies?
I enjoy hanging with the family! There is never a shortage of mysteries to solve!

Tell us something that might surprise us about you.
My wife and I have 5 children!

Where is the best place you have traveled to?
Tahquamenon Falls in Paradise, Michigan during the winter. A frozen waterfall and pure silence are utterly blissful.

If you could meet anyone living or deceased, who would it be?
Robin Williams.

What is your proudest moment at FaverGray?
Definitely when FaverGray won the Excellence in Construction Eagle Award for the College Park project! It was such a successful moment knowing that I was a part of that beauty of such a tough project!
