FaverGray Delivers 198-Unit Multi-Family Community in Estero, Florida

Estero Parc is a 246,624 square foot, 198-unit multi-family community in Estero, Florida.

FaverGray is proud to bring this project to Estero along with its partners ECI Group and Humphreys and Partners Architects. FaverGray is a premier multi-family general contractor and has collaborated on this project with its partners to create a true resort-inspired experience for the Estero community.

The facility consists of four 3-story buildings, detached garages and a 5,000 square foot clubhouse.

The studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments feature grey wood-style flooring, monochrome paint scheme, and screened-in patios/balconies opening to a beautiful greenspace and lakeside views.

The kitchens include efficient stainless-steel appliances, islands and granite countertops.

Amenities also include a swimming pool, luxurious clubhouse, fitness center and lawn games. Package receiving and storage services are also available.
