CELEBRATING EXCELLENCE: FAVERGRAY HONORED FOR PANAMA FLATS PROJECT WITH ABC PYRAMID AWARD

FaverGray has been awarded the coveted ABC Excellence in Construction Pyramid Award for the Panama Flats project.

This prestigious recognition highlights the remarkable achievements of FaverGray, 360 Residential and Coursey Architects, demonstrating their exceptional craftsmanship and design. Situated on the pristine shores of Panama City Beach, Florida, the Panama Flats project has become an emblem of multifamily luxury and contemporary living.

Nestled across a sprawling 21.7-acre site, a mere stone’s throw away from the clear waters of the beach, the Panama Flats project is a testament to meticulous planning and execution. 

Comprising 320 units, the Panama Flats development includes five 4-story apartment buildings, each spanning 80,000 square feet. To cater to the residents’ convenience, the development offers two detached 16-bay garages and three detached 8-bay garages, one of which features a covered pet wash for the furry residents.

Adding to the allure of the community are a 3,500-square-foot leasing office building, a 6,700-square-foot clubhouse housing a 1,750-square-foot fitness room and a captivating outdoor living area, alongside a resort-style arc-shaped pool.

The amenities of the Panama Flats project truly take the concept of luxury living. Residents can relish an array of facilities, including an inviting outdoor natural gas fire pit, a dedicated dog park for their furry companions, four pool cabanas, and a magnificent 2,100-square-foot pool pavilion complete with a bar. The project offers eight gas grills and two Big Green Egg ceramic charcoal barbecue cookers, perfectly complementing the resort-style atmosphere.
