BLAKE ALFORD PROMOTED TO SUPERINTENDENT

Please join us in congratulating Blake for his well-deserved promotion from Assistant Superintendent to Superintendent.

Blake joined FaverGray in 2016.  He began his career as a foreman for US Sprinkler, working on several FaverGray projects in the student housing division.  In 2015 he set his sights on a career in field management and was relentless in his pursuit of a position with FaverGray.  Blake’s first assignment was in Columbia, Missouri on the largest project FaverGray had taken on at the time.  After working under David Bolt for several years, he requested to take on the daunting task of our commercial buildings and spaces at Flamingo Crossings.

After successfully completing our first amenity and commercial spaces under high scrutiny and extreme schedule requirements with our commercial team, Blake has taken the lead on the field responsibilities for our West Community Center & Amenities and has done an incredible job.  Blake’s first leadership role at Flamingo Crossings will be the successful completion of the West Community Center & Amenities, dealing with owner turnover and completion.

Congratulations to Blake on the next step in his career! We thank you for your dedication and hard work.
