Aperture is a 204-unit student housing community situated on approximately eight acres in Orlando, Florida. The community is located on East Colonial Drive, just minutes away from the heart of the University of Central Florida.

The development will consist of 320,524 square feet of two, five story apartment buildings flanking a 6-level precast parking garage.

Amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool with water features and large media screen, fenced in dog park, two level fitness center, several study and social lounges and an integrated coffee house.

Aperture will allow students to escape the stresses of their studies by providing future residents with fully furnished units with private bedrooms and bathrooms. Each fully furnished apartment includes quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, memory-foam mattresses, and much more thoughtful details throughout.

FaverGray is expected to deliver this project in the fall of 2025.
