601 Copeland is a five-story, 282-bed, 153,000 square foot project that includes a clubhouse with a fitness center, tanning beds, and an internet café.

The 601 Copeland project is a five-story, 282-bed, 153,000 square foot student housing community in Tallahassee, Florida. The project includes a clubhouse with a fitness center, tanning beds, and a cybercafé. The project also includes a pool with an amenity deck and a 282-space precast parking deck.

Additionally, the project features luxury details such as gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, crown molding and faux wood flooring.
