Summerhill is a 17-acre condominium/townhouse community located in Citrus County near Crystal River, Florida.

This phase consists of 2 three-story buildings, a retaining wall, trash compactor, maintenance, and mail facilities. Each residential building is approximately 22,300 square feet and includes 14 multifamily units, garages, patios, and common area breezeways. The building structures are wood frame on post-tensioned slab. The façade is stucco with elastomeric paint and asphalt shingle roofing.

This project was a contract assumption for FaverGray following a default by the original General Contractor who fell behind schedule and subsequently defaulted. At the time of assumption, the project was roughly 30% complete.
