The projects range from 32 to 224 units, 43,580 to 359,375 SF, and 3 to 26-acre sites.

The all-new apartment communities consist of wood frame construction on post-tensioned concrete slabs. Exterior construction includes a combination brick/vinyl exterior with asphalt shingle roofing while the interior consists of painted drywall ceilings and walls with wood trim, cabinets & countertops and a combination of vinyl and carpet flooring.
