The Construction Management Company Credits Employees for its Success
JACKSONVILLE, July 11, 2008 – The Jacksonville Business Journal listed FaverGray, a local construction management company servicing the Southeast, at the top of their list of 50 fastest growing private companies in Northeast Florida.
Headquartered in Jacksonville, FaverGray has proven to be a leader in providing specialized construction management services to real estate owners, developers and investors in the Southeast.
Founded in 2005 by construction industry veterans Jim Gray and Keith Faver, FaverGray has grown from $7.6 million in revenue during their first year to nearly $60 million in 2007.
In speaking to the Jacksonville Business Journal, Gray credited the company’s 30 employees for its tremendous success. “You have to have a great team. We all work together to deliver what we promise at an affordable price with superior service,” said Gray.
Looking forward, Gray noted, the company is anticipating additional growth in 2008 but acknowledges that business has slowed a bit since customers are now finding it more and more difficult to secure project financing.
